Customer Relation
This job is very suitable for those who enjoy challenges, never give up, like to work, have high motivation to achieve goals, and enjoy building relationships with customers.
Placement Area:
- West Java (Subang)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Increase sales growth and improve customer transactions.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries.
- Provide product and service information (programs and promotions).
- Support sample availability for the needs of the Sales and Marketing team's demo plots.
- Build good cooperative relationships with business partners to establish sustainable business collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates (considered) or experienced in Customer Relations (preferred).
- Male (preferred) or Female, Single, Maximum 35 years old.
- Have strong commitment and high work motivation.
- Able to communicate well and build good relationships.
- Able to work individually or in a team.
- Own a personal vehicle and hold a SIM C / SIM A (motorcycle/car license).
- Willing to travel for business trips or out-of-town assignments.
