Job Desk :

Responsible for the assigned work area
Create demand at the farmer level
Carry out activities related to Demo Spray, Demo Solution, Field Trip, Field Meeting, and Farmer’s Day with the aim of strengthening the brand and increasing farmers’ purchase data for PT Sumber Makmur Agroindo’s products
Establish good cooperation with business partners (R1 and R2) to build sustainable business relationships

Qualifications :

Fresh graduates (considered) or experienced (preferred)
Male, maximum age 35
Minimum Agricultural Vocational High School graduate, or experienced in agriculture, pesticides, and seed business
Highly motivated with good communication skills
Able to work independently and in a team
Own a personal vehicle and a motorcycle driving license (SIM C)
Preferably residing in the placement area
